Within this section, you have the option to select from three different barrel lengths, in two different calibers. With the .177 caliber 10.1 inch barrel option, you also have the opportunity to choose a match competition-grade Lothar-Walther® barrel.  
CALIBER- The .177 caliber option works best with target shooting. It is with this option that you may discover a larger selection of pellets on the market. The .177 caliber also offers a higher velocity, as well as flatter trajectory path. 

The .22 caliber barrel has long been preferred for hunting small game and pest control, due to its high energy level and stopping power.

LENGTH - Barrels offered within the Custom Shop are available in three lengths: 7.5, 10.1 and 14.6 inches. Shorter barrel length generally allows for easier handling and more convenience as far as transport and storage. Longer barrels offer an increased sight radius (length from the rear sight to the front sight) and increases the velocity of the pellet fired. 

The 7.5 inch barrel offers a sufficient level of velocity, yet is the easiest of the three barrel sizes to hold and carry.

The 10.1 inch barrel offers a higher velocity than the 7.5 inch barrel, yet is not as long and bulky as the 14.6. This barrel length is perfect for those looking for a combination of both accuracy and portability in a pistol.

The 14.6 inch barrel offers the most velocity out of the three barrel sizes.

RIFLING - All Crosman barrels featured within the Custom Shop include rifling, with 10 lands and grooves (1 in 16 inch twist). The Lothar-Walther barrel 12 lands and grooves (1 in 16 inch twist) and is chocked. Rifling helps turn the pellet fired faster and straighter, which can positively affect both velocity and accuracy.  All Barrels come complete with crowning through the Custom Shop.
