To Consumers who have purchased the
Crosman Firestorm Slingshot (Model FSS) and/or the
Tapered Replacement Bands (Model TRB)
This Notice contains important information regarding the Crosman Firestorm Slingshot (Model FSS) and the Crosman Tapered Replacement Band (Model TRB). We have recently discovered a potential problem with the plastic clips attached at the ends of the bands sold on the Firestorm Slingshot and also sold separately as tapered replacement bands.
We believe some of the plastic clips on the bands may have the potential to break when the band is drawn back. If the band is drawn back toward the eye or other part of the face or body, there could be a risk of serious personal injury, especially to the eye.
These bands were sold from February 2003 through June 2008. Only these bands with the attached plastic clips are the subject of this safety notice.
Please stop using any bands with plastic clips attached at the ends. Discard those bands, and contact Crosman to get a free replacement band.

If you have a Crosman Firestorm Slingshot (Model FSS) that has a band with plastic clips attached to the ends or a Tapered Replacement Band (Model TRB) that has plastic clips attached to the ends, throw away the band. Crosman will send you one free replacement band.To obtain your free replacement band, please complete the form below.
