Fury NP with 4x32 mm Scope (.177)
This gun has a lot of power. I have shot through thin metal at 20 yards and it goes right through glass bottles without shattering them. The only problem I have ever had with this gun is the scope is no good. I have sighted it in many times yet I can't get the scope to work. the grouping is very good so the gun isn't complete trash. I strongly recommend that if you buy this gun buy a different scope because otherwise it is a waste of money. I have read several other reviews from other people who encountered the same issue. Maybe its just mine but I doubt it.
really nice rifle. Bolted scope on and was surprised how accurate it was "out of the box" . A great rpice and value, plus It is fun and will be much more inexpensive than a more traditional firearm. This make it more enjoyable. It is quiet and because of this, and the caliber, you have more flexibility in safe shooting locations. My friend bought the same one so looks like some fun competitions coming up. Love it!
Good gun for the money but problem sighting
Probably need to heed DieselMan's adviceas I've put at least 1000 rounds through this thing and yes, the shot groups get very wild-( 4-5" at 25 yards).
The biggest issue I have though is that once I have sighted it (at least 20-30 pellets), if I put it away for the night the next time I fire it, it is waaaay off, have to go through the whole process again. Also, the number of "clicks" on the sights needed to move the pellet over even 2 or 3 hash marks at 25 yards is ridiculous. Maybe I have a bad scope. I have tried re-mounting it but this has done little to change the previous comments.
i have this crossman fury i really like this gun it shoot good
Pretty good gun for the money
I've owned this spring air rifle for a few months now. Have put about 800 or so pellets through it. The first 200 shots are inconsistent due to break in period but after that the gun works great. You MUST keep the barrel clean. Shot groups will get wild after every 100 pellets or so if you do not clean it. The scope that comes with it is ok. Shouldn't have any issues getting a squirrel or pest bird at 40 yards with some practice. Only use the Crossman Premier pellets with it, standard pellets tend to go all over targets making it very difficult to sight in. But overall I'm impressed with the build quality and power per dollar. Ive had a blast with this thing from my back porch. Great way to get into air gun shooting.
