Stinger P9T Pistol Kit (Dark Earth and Clear)
The Stinger P9T is amazing, Its a solid feeling gun with a heavy trigger which makes it feel closer to the real thing. The mag release is quick and easy due to the release being on the trigger cage and not the side of the airsoft gun. Although the outer shell is plastic, the main components are metal and i doubt they will break anytime soon. The gun is amazingly accurate and as a result 15 times out of 15 i can hit a small target from various stances, positions and distances away. The gun is also easy to cock unlike my previous spring powered airsoft pistol.
Overall i have yet to find a flaw in the Stinger P9T and doubt i ever will, its a compact and solid package and in my opinion it is worth more than the $32 i bought it for.
It is a very good gun. I bought it to play with my friends and I love it. In a war you need more than one mag the original holds 15 and after that your done. Good as a side arm. Wondering if speed loader would work with it.
I've had this gun for almost a year and it still works great!! I had a war with my friend when I first got it and then I shot him in the butt and he was on the ground for 5 minutes THERE IS NO REASON NOT TO BUY IT SO BUY IT NOOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Muy buena arma
Greetings from Mexico, before the T9, I bought a P311, with what was my first gun, I compared the two and it makes me stronger than the P311 T9, by the way, the P311 charger is damage with the use the which was not much, I had to repair it because in my country does not sell accessories.
In conclusion, GREAT GUN!
Amazing I'm only using stock bbs right now and I'm impressed with the accuracy curves up about two feet at long range though.
Very durable only had it for a week. no problems.
I've had this gun for a while and have not had any problems with it. It is really easy to cock and it is a really good gun
Buy the Crosman Stinger P50 instead. This gun has absolutely no durability.
Good gun for the money. it's very accurate when using .20 g bb's. DO NOT use the .12 g bb's it came with they're garbage! only real con is that the trigger is to hard to squeeze. causing your aim to be off because of how hard you have to squeeze the trigger... untill you get used to it.
Great starter sidearm!
I've had 3 airsoft guns. One is an mp5 4 $100 which sucked and i knew nothing about airsoft when i bought this one: an m9 4 $10 and it broke the first day. then i bought this for 25 at walmart a year ago and it still works awesome ***MAKE SURE YOU USE 20 G. BBs***
I got this for christmas, and I've really enjoyed it. It's good for improving your aim, and practicing at about 30ft, but when it gets to shooting targets that shoot back it'll be just.... Well...Okay... I guess. The firing method isn't the best, to have to cock the gun every time you want to fire is a pain, but it shoots straight at least. Well, it would, if I hadn't dropped it... My only problem with THIS gun it that the plastic that the front, and rear sights are on are CLEAR PLASTIC. It makes aiming a whole lot more difficult, I would suggest buying the black one. A laser sight & some extra clips wouldn't hurt either.

I purchased two Crosman airsoft pistols at a local sportsman's store and have been very happy with both. The first was a Crosman Stinger P9T and the second a Crosman Stinger P311. My 12 year old son claimed the P311 for his own, and I got the P9T by default. After using both pistols in several different games, he has since claimed the P9T for his own. The Stinger P9T is a well built starter pistol. Nothing against the P311, but the P9T is a more solid feeling pistol.
Very important to use high quality airsoft BB's, at a minimum .20g (KWA or equivalent), and give the .12g BB's that come with the pistol to your opponents. (you will thank me) I have never had a problem with crazy hop up as some other reviews have mentioned, hence the importance of good BB's.
Bottom line.... I am happy with this pistol. The squirrel on my bird feeder can attest to the accuracy.
I like this package, but in my opinion, the original Stinger P9 is much better (but not sold anymore).
- Accurate (for a spring pistol) once you know how it shoots. .20 gram BBs seem to work best
- Relatively powerful for a relatively cheap pistol
- No BB reservoir in the mag
- Hard to cock
- A little heavy, but not too heavy to use
This isn't really a con, but the old holsters (found here: http://www.crosman.com/airsoft/accessories/SAH02) that used to come with the pistols are much better than the new holsters that come in the packages (you don't have to undo your belt to wear them, they have a spot for an extra mag or a Speedloader, and the gun is held in by a strap with a clip, not Velcro), but that's just personal preference
Overall, I like it and recommend it (I would recommend the original P9 over this, but it isn't being sold anymore), especially to someone that doesn't have a lot of money to spend on a pistol.
not worth the money.
I own 4 other air soft guns and I paid less for them. They all shoot much straighter then theP9.At a range of 30 feet the projectile has curved upwards more then 6 feet. The holster that comes with the gun is excellent for carrying my other guns.
this gun worked great for me in one war. but then the cocking mech broke so i had to return it.
one thing i am VERY disapointed in crossman for not adding to their new guns are the extra bb "stashes" in the back

its not a bad pistol, there are better ones but its a basic weapon, its a little heavy but it makes up for its power, the mag release is very nice though i wish more pistols had releases like that.
this is a great pistol. It is also good as a secondary gun
Pretty bad for the price
First of all, it costs more than the Stinger P311, which is $12 at walmart. This actually costs twice as much. So now let's compare the two guns. BTW the one I got had FAR too much hop up, it curved up to the point where you could hit someone in the top of a tree by aiming it straight. This was with .2 gram BBs. The BBs that it comes with are horrible quality, I laughed when I saw it said "high quality .12 gram bbs" considering that's a paradox in itself. So now I compare the two guns in several essential areas-
Stinger P311 wins by more that $10... It's cheaper.
Hands down, Stinger P311 using .2 high quality bbs
This was crap with any ammo, curved up like crazy
Stinger P311 is MUCH better. The way this (P9) gun is made the bbs can leak into the action and jam it up. This happened so many times, and you have to unscrew it all to get it apart, I just called it defective and returned it. I got another P311 back. The P311 is closed off near the magazine, so BBs can't leak out into the action.
This gun's better, but whupdedoo. The P311 mags are hard to load, but it's really not too big of a deal once you figure it out.
Stinger P311 has much better FPS... You notice the difference right away.
All in all, WHY would you buy this gun? It's more expensive than the P311, and MUCH MUCH worse!
Great gun, I've had this pistol for 2 years now and still works great.
i have had several airsoft guns and this is very nice
only problem it that the mag does not have a back compartment
other than that it is a sweet gun.
Very good first airsoft pistol
Got ripped off by Walmart but otherwise a very good first airsoft pistol, the grip is comfortable and it shoots at 275 fps. The main problem i have with this gun is the sights. The both rear and fore sights are made of clear plastic which makes it difficult to shoot in low light.
A great gun
I got this gun as my first airsoft gun, and i couldn't be more happy with it. Oddly, at the start, i had to turn the gun sideways for it to properly cock, but after about 50 shots i could cock it in the upright position. In addition, the slide makes it easy to release bb's stuck in the gun and to unjam a jam. Furthermore, this gun had a great design and look. The only concern was that after 20-30 feet the bb's would curve quite sharply upward, but this may be because i am using .12g bb's. Overall, this is a great gun, and for the price of $25, i would recommend this to anyone beginning airsoft, or someone looking for a sidearm
this gun is awsome. it is excellent for shooting. it has a good range. i just love the gun.
