The Bane

By Anonymous

2013-01-26 21:55:58
5 days ago, I picked this airsoft gun up as a gift for myself, 5 days later, it's busted.

The magazine at first was hard to get out, but after learning the trick, it was easy. Though loading it is a bane, and it doesn't hold a lot. I tried both modes, the electric and spring, electric works ok, but I didn't like it so I tried the spring mode, while it shoots accurate, the bolt does not chamber the bb well, can't tell if it's fully cocked and after a while, the bolt got jammed permanently for whatever reason.

Do NOT use this gun, professionally or no. It's nothing more than a good prop.

I got this gun it worked fine for about one day. When the battary died i put it back in the charger and it would not work. I was lucky that it was dual power so I could still use it. I liked the feel of the gun and how easy it was to put the magizine in but, it has a low ammo capacity and okay in auto if it isn't broke but, better on sping.

It is nice looking gun but it is very annoying reloading it at first, but once you figure it out it is easier, my only problem is that the mag keeps jamming up, and for some reason the the gun will fire two rounds at a time. I will probably return this gun and get a new one. (no wonder it was $70 off!)

Mags!&Batteries

By Anonymous

2012-07-18 17:48:57
I love the gun i love the design, but i have to say im a little disappointed with the batteries. The thing says you can also use DOUBLE AAs but i look the metal pieces and wires and spring nowhere to be found. I also had read the reviews on the splitting mag my solution was to superglue the seem on both sides to prevent the splitting i also recommend tightening the screws all around the gun that seems to help. MAIN PROBLEM is I don't like that i cant find the same rechargeable battery packs for the gun and they need to make extra mags for sale plus some high capacity mags for this gun cause the 40 BB rounds run out really quick. other then that this is ranked pretty high in my book.

By Anonymouse

Great gun. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because Crosman doesn't sell any magazines!!! EXTRA MAGAZINES!!!!!!!!

Terrible Gun. It can shoot OK if it is durable. But the gun is so weak and breaks so easily. So annoying.

the works great but the magazine has a tendency to crack down the middle and the worst part of it is crosman doesn't seem to sell spare clips

its a nice gun. i agree the magazine could hold more. it is a very accurate rifle. but unfortunately the gears in the motor started making an aweful noise and now doesnt work. made it through one full battery now it only works manually. only three days past Christmas and its broke. very dissapointing.

This gun would be good if it had a better magazine. when it doesnt fire it can be serious trouble in a game. when it actually works it is okay on auto but spring is better.

Great service

By 944

I'd love to give 5 stars, but because I had to send it back for warranty..... Well, Crosman is good to their name and warranty! I called, they said to send it in and they'd replace it. They did! It took a few weeks, but now we're back to shooting it and having a blast! Can't wait till they offer accessories (like extra mags, and a sling maybe) for the gun to enhance the fun we have with it!!

Nice fun air gun, a blast to shoot. After reloading several times the internals of the mag have broken, have only had the gun for a week, now what? I have a fun gun, but no way to shoot it, I'm glad I got it on sale! Hopefully Crossman will be willing to fix this and replace my one week old broken mag. I still think it's a good air gun, just hope they stand behind their product as this is the first Crossman product I've purchased.

about the gun

By fatsman

2011-08-24 17:05:00
this gun is pretty good but not the best. for 89.99 is some what a good price, but the only problem with the gun is that the magzine holds about 40 bbs which is not alot. but for the built quality of the gun its pretty good

Broken Gear

By guy

2011-08-14 02:23:54
i had this gun only for 3 days and the plastic gear used for the electric full/semi mode gives out and makes this nasty sound, and another thing is that the clip should hold more bbs because it runs out so quickly, the clip needs to be modified to hold more bbs and the gear system needs to be improved
