This is a really good gun. It is sturdy too. Its great for target shooting sniping. I also like it for squirrel or bird shooting. But have pads on if having a battle. It is a powerfully stinging gun!!

All around great weapon, for a spring gun. Excellent for the price range, and only problem I had is major hop-up takes a little getting used to. For people complaining about the sight, it is not hard to get on or adjust if you know what your doing, and a simple trick to adjusting it is to see if the center dot on it lines up with the front sight. And the mags are not hard to reload once you get the hang of it, it just takes about 2 to 3 taps on the back of it to get all the bbs in there, and although the manual says to shake it, tapping it works much better, and shaking it also sends the bbs out of the spring chamber. All in all, excellet gun for someone experienced with airsoft, and although not a gun you can just pick up and use with great skill, (it does take a bit of skill and experience with the weapon to get good) then I would definitely reccomend this gun.

I got this gun as my first airsoft gun. It is a very good gun with .20 gram BB's. It is accurate to 60 feet on a good day. The only problem I had was the pin that releases
the BB's into the chamber broke so I had to fix the gun. Other than this, I would recommend this to any beginner to airsoft.

Have many kills with this gun. Many times target has to ask me to come out of hiding.
I recommend 0.25 gram ammo for highest, accuracy sights require adjustment.

This was my first airsoft gun ever, but I found that with .12 bbs they curve up, but with .20 bbs, it was as accurate as my pellet gun, if not more.
Powerful gun, mostly plastic, but not cheap plastic, it feels pretty solid. Some people say that the cocking mechanism feels flimsy but mine is fine.
The only thing I don't like is how you have to reload the mags, but if you have a speedloader its easier then shaking the whole thing, but in a pinch it works fine.

no adjustable hop-up, .12's fly up, hard to sight, mags are sticky going in and out, and every time you pull the cocking mechanism back, it feels like its about to break.

I just bought my own ...my nephew had one and even after a year of hard abusive play the gun still works well..i agree with a previous reviewer that the mag reloding process just takes your own "feel for it".. I have had no major problem with that besides it makes too much noise and can give your position away...but as long as you have your other clip ready to rock you wont have a problem..even in real combat you still have to reload at some point..cant beat the price..great gun..just got
to use .20 bb's for better accuracy..they curve up when exiting muzzle.

this was my first gun and it was pretty cool at first. the strap broke on mine. it is nice because it comes with two magazines. when i first saw it i thought it was an automatic but it isn't. but it shoots good and isn't horrible so its a good first gun.

I bought this gun with money I saved up from doing odd jobs at my house. When I first got it I was afraid that it might not work well. When I lifted It I was amazed how light it was The mags are easy to load, the sling is nice, and the adjustable stock is great. Just do not put the sight on it does not work well the crosshairs are good enough and it is hard to put on.

This is a good gun needs to be full auto though cuz if ur in a war agansit full auto your dead. If they put it full auto with upgraded sights then i would buy it in a second. This is a good gun but if you want to be in a war get used to reloading with the weird shaking crap. Overall a ok gun

I have had this gun for year, i don't like the croshair because i can't get it aimed right. It is sort of accurat with .2g bbs, my stock brock when i droped it though. Overall it is a good spring gun for beginners, but I would save for an AEG like the DP4.

Got this gun couple of months ago. Now my friends have nicknamed it the death gun.
Pros
good fps
accuracy
very strong stock
fun to use
Cons
very light weight (guess that could be a pro)
the sight is lousy (taking it off is easy though)
mag is difficult to load at first
Over all this is a great gun. i would recommend it to anybody

I've had mine for a little over five years now (got it when I was 14, and just getting into airsoft), and I can honestly say this is the best springer M4/AR-15 style rifle I've ever owned. Dead-accurate out to 100 yards (yes, I've measured it out), hard-hitting (modified mine to get up to 450 FPS, original was only 300. I've bruised people at 50 yards, through three layers of denim, with custom .5 gram shot). My only problem with it is that I can't find enough excuses to fire it. Everyone on my team bought one for themselves, a few guys want me to modify theirs like I did to mine.
To everyone whining about the magazine being "difficult to load", all I can say is that you're doin' it wrong. The technique to load via the reservoir is a bit tricky, but once you get it down right, reloading takes maybe one or two seconds. As always, the spare mag it comes with (nowadays, anyway. All mine came with was a sling and a bottle of 400 BBs) will come in handy as well.
Also, for anyone having trouble with the sights, just be patient, and read the manual a few times. Its only hard to do if you don't know what you're doing. Only issue I have is that the front sight on mine snapped off when I fell during a woods game. Instinctive shooting FTW. Bubba'd a replacement out of aluminum, now it works great. Optics are for idiots here. Tougher to zero, plus its one more thing to worry about in the field.
IMHO, this rifle is best used for target practice, minor pest control (great for unwanted birds and small rodents. Typically won't kill 'em, but it will make 'em think twice next time), and functioning as a DMR weapon on your team.

Its an ok rifle but the sight doesnt and wont ever work. The power on the other hand is great, but the reloading still takes an unbelieveable amount of skill to do fast. Takes me a minute to reload the thing and the cocking bolt action stock thingy is weird. I hope they can make a gun that is semi auto.

Its sweet but if you are in a intense firefight against a full auto, your dead. The reload speed is tedious. I thought it was a auto, but it's not. It had decent accuracy. But it was at close range. The clips are SO ANNOYING WHEN REFILLING. But if in sniper wars this is the gun to have.

I got excited about buying this gun when i first started playing because i shot a squirrel at my friends house with it. I soon bought it. Don't be deceived by the extra mag, it is NOT fun to reload these things.
the little cap you slide off to pour bb's in breaks easily, you have to shake the bbs in, but most of the time only 2 or 3 come in, but the spring won't go down all the way without getting caught. Very cheap plastic, not durable, this gun didn't last me very long. Not accurate either. BIG PROBLEM: magazines. also, weird cocking the gun.

Hands down, this is one of the best spring guns I have had. Great range and accuracy make it great for games in the woods. Its just as good in the backyard, just not CQC. The fps is amazing. Its pretty simple to aim, with the crosshair on and off. The rail can fit several attachable items on, like grips or other sights. The dual clips are great. But reloading can be a pain when the release button gets stuck. Also you have to shake the gun to get the BBs out. use with .20s, and this gun is really worth the money.

Mag Problems
By Bob
2011-08-18 09:47:39
The gun is great I've had it for 4 months now and it hasn't failed me yet. the mag is a real pain to reload. They expect you to turnit and shake it but that only gets 2 or 3 BBs, out of 18. Also .12 BBs have a tendency to curve up so you have to use .20s, and they some times get blown in the wind.
