SHOOTING & HUNTING TIPS

When purchasing a crossbow archery target, make sure to check the target manufacturer's specifications before shooting broadheads into the target.

For consistent arrow grouping, it is a must that the serving is always centered. The serving can be marked on either side of the rail with "white out" to make it easier to check to see if the string serving is cnetered when the crossbow is cocked.

Even though your scope may have multiple crosshairs beyond 40 yards, this is not an effective hunting range. Sight markings beyond 40 yards should be used only when you are target shooting or practicing for competitive shooting.

Practice on the range is an important key to success in the field. Practice often, and when possible practice from ground blinds, elevated postions and stalking positions. The closer your practice sessions are to your hunting conditions, the more success you will have in the woods.

Practice often with your arrow / broadhead combination so that you know exactly what your equipment is capable of in a hunting environment.
