Crosman Corporation, the world’s largest designer and manufacturer of airguns and ammunition, is pleased to announce the appointment of Brad Johnson to the Board of Directors of the American Suppressor Association (ASA). Johnson has served as Chairman and CEO of United Sporting Companies since 2011 and Crosman’s Executive Chairman and Interim Chief Executive Officer since 2015.

The American Suppressor Association (ASA) is the unified voice of the suppressor industry with the mission to unite and advocate for the common interests of suppressor manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and consumers. To accomplish this mission, their principal initiatives focus on state lobbying, federal lobbying, public education, and industry research.

On Johnson’s appointment, Knox Williams, President and Executive Director of the ASA, stated, “We are incredibly excited to have Brad join our Board of Directors. As the Chief Executive of one of the largest companies in our industry, his experience and expertise will certainly strengthen our ability to protect and expand pro-suppressor reform across the country.”

“ASA has made tremendous strides in raising awareness of the benefits and merits of suppressors and I look forward to participating in the ongoing effort to legalize them for use by sportsmen,” said Johnson.
