Team Uses Crosman Challenger In JROTC National Championship Win February 25, 2013 Competition Twitter0Facebook0LinkedIn0 Congratulations to the Saint Thomas Academy JROTC team and Coach Paul Preblich on winning the 2013 National Army JROTC Service Championships at Camp Perry, Sporter Division! The team uses the Crosman Challenger competition air rifle and were able to add an additional rifle with Benjamin Hand Pump for winning the competition. Team members include captain Tyler Johnson of Prescott, Wis., Patrick Cramer of Minneapolis, Madden Chapman of St. Paul, Samuel Supplee of Eagan, and Nicholas Caspers of Bloomington. This makes back-to-back Camp Perry championships, having won the event in 2012. Individually, Cramer placed second among 78 competitors and Supplee placed sixth. Johnson was 14th, Caspers 20th and Chapman placed 23rd. The event is held annually at Camp Perry in Ohio.
