Policy for Direct Sales and Shipping

  • You must be 18 years old to purchase on our on-line store. (Must be 21 for certain products)
  • You are responsible to determine that no laws or regulations prohibit your purchase or possession of airgun, airsoft, archery or optics products and that there are no other reasons that you cannot legally purchase or possess the product.
  • Adult signature will be required for all sales of airguns.
  • We do not ship outside of the United States, or to US territories or APO addresses. We do not ship to PO boxes.
  • There are areas to which Crosman cannot ship airguns or airsoft guns. Certain states and municipalities have established certain limitations, and Crosman reserves the right not to ship particular products to certain locations.
    We cannot ship airguns to the following locations:

    States: Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, Rhode Island, District of Columbia

  • Orders are shipped within the contiguous U.S. via UPS Ground® Services.

    Orders shipped via UPS Ground® typically take from 1-5 business days to arrive from the time the package leaves our facility. Please allow 3 days for handling and see the map below for estimated transit times:

Important Export Controls

Buyer agrees to comply with all export laws, restrictions and regulations of the United States governing or relating to rifle scopes, reflex or “red dot” sights, reticle sights, laser aiming devices or any other sighting device that contains optical elements purchased from Crosman Corporation (“Crosman”). Furthermore, Buyer represents and warrants to Crosman that Buyer is not procuring any products purchased from Crosman with the intent to export such product in violation of the US export control laws and regulations, and that Buyer is not a national or resident of any country subject to a US embargo. Buyer will indemnify, defend and hold Crosman harmless from and against any and all claims, liability and damages incurred by Crosman arising out of Buyer’s breach of these obligations.

General Return Policy

Return policy stated below applies only to return of items purchased directly from Crosman Corporation.

All Returns must include:

  • Crosman Return Form (included with your order). Include a clearly written note explaining the Nature of the Problem, your Name, Address, Telephone Number and Order Number. If you have lost the form, please contact Crosman Customer Service @ 800-724-7486
  • Copy of Original Receipt
  • Reason for Return: Exchange, Refund, Warranty Repair/Replacement
  • Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Items that are used, not in original packaging or otherwise not in new, sellable condition cannot be returned without prior authorization from a Crosman Customer Service Representative at 800-724-7486. If approved a restocking fee of fifteen (15%) percent may apply.

To return a Crosman or CenterPoint product (purchased directly from crosman.com or Crosman customer service) for repair, replacement or refund, ship to:

Shipping & Handling Fees: Consumer is responsible for all shipping fees to Crosman Corporation. Returns should be shipped via UPS or FEDEX for tracking purposes. Crosman Corporation is not responsible for returns shipped otherwise. Adult Signature Required: Airguns are shipped via UPS/Adult Signature Required - should UPS return an order to us undeliverable because no adult was present at time of delivery, the cost of reshipping order is at consumer expense.

Refunds: Consumer Purchases from Crosman Online Store or Direct through Customer Service may only receive a refund under the following conditions: All refunds are subject to condition of merchandise received by Crosman Corporation, and must comply with the return policy.

  • New, Unused Products purchased directly from Crosman Corporation.
  • Return within 30 days from date product was delivered to consumer.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Credit Card refunds will be processed back to original form of payment within two business days from date of receipt of product at our facility. Exchanges will be processed within four business days from date of receipt of product at our facility subject to inventory.

Warranty Returns: Subject to terms and conditions of specific product warranty outlined in owner's manual.

  • Must include original receipt dated to comply with warranty of product. Example: serial number on airgun or crossbow must be dated within one year. Additional product warranty information can be found here...
  • Include a detailed letter explaining the nature of the problem. Be sure to indicate name, address and telephone number. Allow 4-6 weeks for repairs.
  • Call Customer Service @ 800-724-7486 or email us from our website www.crosman.com for additional information concerning warranty returns or repairs of your product.

Custom Gun Returns:

  • No returns or refunds of Custom Guns.
  • Cancellations received within 48 hours of placing order are allowed and are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
  • Call Customer Service @ 800-724-7486 or email us from our website www.crosman.com for information concerning warranty repairs on your Custom Gun.
