Great pellet design!

This is a great pellet! I've used this from crows to hard headed ground squirrels. It also happens to be my rifles favorite pellet. I use it exclusively now on squirrels because I know a hit will leave them dead.
Now if they would make it in .22! That would be even better.

Great hunting pellet for gray squirrels

This is the most effective pellet I use with my Crosman Phantom 1000 in the 20-40 yard range for gray squirrels. It is much better than the Crosman pointed hunting pellet with this rifle and it does much more damage. If I use the pointed pellet, the squirrel usually runs away after being hit unless it was hit in a vital area and I have to go chase it down. Using the Destroyer pellet, it is a tad heavier (7.9g vs 7.4g) and it expands and has a much bigger exit hole in the squirrel and tends to drop the squirrel instantly or after it runs 5-10 feet. See my Phantom 1000 review for more information. Using a can filled with water, the exit hole is about the same as the pointed pellet but on a squirrel, the exit hole is about 2x the exit hole of the pointed pellet. I also find the Destroyer very accurate and consistant. I am just using the Phantom's fiber optic sights - no scope. I normally don't bother with gray squirrels - but they were chewing on my house.

Great pellet. Kills everything in the woods. Countless birds, squirrels, rabits and the occasional chipmunk have bit the dust because of the performance of these pellets. Great product! Need to make them in .22!!!!

Around our house one thing we like to eat, alot, is rabbits. And the only problem was when I shot them, they'd have enough time to run across the field and down into their holes, dinner gone. So I asked my best freind if he knew anything to do, he said to buy these, and once I put them in the ol' Pumpmaster 760, I was dropping rabbits like I was using a .22LR. If they made these in .22 I would probably blow a whole paycheck on them. I highly reccomend them to anyone and everyone. Dinner served.

Hunted a squirrel today with a (non-Crosman gun). Pellet traveled through but didn't exit opposite fur. Also, pellet did not expand at all. Have pics as proof. 1st shot wounded her and the 2nd was a lung/heart shot.

I looked in Wal Mart for these because I heard good news about them, and they were really hard to find, but I managed to find one canister in the very back of the shelf, I went home, shot some stuff, and these work miracles. I use these in my Crosman 3576 and non-Crosman guns, and they all love these. Extremely acurate, and just good.

These are all-around great pellets. I use them in my Phantom 1000 and they are pretty accurate. The only reason I'm not a deadeye is because I suck at zeroing scopes and iron sights and I suck at judging bullet drop or rise or whatever. My only complaint is that they don't seem to work too well on squirrels and larger game. I had many squirrels get hit in their flanks and still run off, but I've also had some who get get shot in the same place and don't go anywhere. I also shot a crow today and I'm pretty sure I hit it dead in the back, that's where I saw the feathers come off. But it just shrugged it off and flew away. Otherwise great pellet, I have shot sparrows dead in the chest and I could have put a marble through the hole. If you want to test the ballistics just get a big bar of soft soap and shoot it.

I own a few crasman pistols and rifles. I've shot these with a crosman 1377 with no accuracy at all. The pellets did not fit the bore of the pistol. They slid right out if I held the pistol in a downward position. When I shot these out of my rifles. They lost volcity and accuracy.

ive shot at richardson ground squirells, i have hit them in the chest with my winchester model 500 .177 using the destroyer. when the destroyer pellet hits, all it does is scare the crap out of them and make em run for cover, lol. every time it hits the "gopher" it dosent do any damage and never expands. i have used half of the container and not one kill. :(
