M4-177 (.177/BB) is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 6.Rated 5 out of 5 by Destro from A great product We just purchased this, and are really enjoying it. Solidly built, great weight and feel, and the ability to fire pellets or BB's is a great idea. The only puzzling thing is why it comes with only 1 pellet clip / strip, yet the magazine storage piece is clearly made to hold 2 clips / strips. Are they so expensive for Crosman to make that they can only afford to include 1 of them?! Especially after we paid almost $200.00 after taxes for it.Date published: 2017-09-26Rated 4 out of 5 by Hobbit from Like a Super 760 It has a rifled barrel to make best use of the pellet clip. M-4 gives solid accuracy up to fifteen yards. With Crosman Points it is a viable hunting weapon at closer ranges. 7 pumps always for reliable accuracy and power that can punch through soup cans. Also any concerns over plastic body, are missing a huge improvement - the barrel is protected by the plastic outer shell. No more wiggling barrel. Any parts that break are readlily replaceable through Crosman parts department...including trigger. Crosman diagrams, and YouTube videos for 760, make repairs a snap. The many affordable UTG upgrades (point sight, sling, bi-pod) put this pump rifle on the must have list. Proper Pellgun oil lubing will keep the power high and pumping easy.Date published: 2017-10-09Rated 2 out of 5 by Andy NC from Fun to shoot; not robust I owned two of these. Both developed cracks around the pump hinge within a few hundred rounds. Both had triggers fail within a year.Date published: 2017-09-30Rated 1 out of 5 by sadairsofter from The stock broke while I was pumping it the stock broke while I was pumping it with the stock resting in my armpit. it broke clean off and there is no way in repairing itDate published: 2017-10-29Rated 5 out of 5 by MarcRantoinee from Great product This is a great gun with a nice style bit the plastic make it a little bit cheaperDate published: 2017-09-07Rated 5 out of 5 by Airgun fanatic from Ease of loading pellets I bought this gun about a year ago, and the performance is very good. It’s pretty accurate, and loading it is easy with the clip, though Crosman could probably afford to add another spare with purchase. I’ve owned many airguns in the past, and Crosman always makes good, accurate products at affordable prices. I would not recommend using BB’s, since they will wear down the grooves in the barrel, compromising accuracy.Date published: 2017-11-25
