Okay, before I was just happy with the Benjamin XL, now the Customer Service has come through really well. Thank you Kim Y. That just made me want to give more business to you. And I am converting others to the pellet side of shooting.

I bought the squirrel sweeper package as it seemed like a great deal. With the 800 pellets, but no strap, makes a good deal. The rifle is great. The trigger, finish and performance are better than I expected. What irritated me was the box came opened, but taped shut again. The box label had a sticker that clearly showed, "Limited edition Benjamin" sling included. Not in the box. When I called customer service, she stated it was just a promotion. But when I told her, it was advertised on the box, she knew it should have been included. So I was told I would be sent one, if they found one in the warehouse. After a week, I think I shouldn't expect it. Wish I had known this before as I could have purchased from a local dealer that included the strap, not the pellets. I would have given 5 stars but customer service is also important. As it's not advertised to include the sling on this site, I don't hold it against them, it's an irritation like being cutoff in traffic. I got over it but wanted to bring it to attention.

Lastly, my opinion on the rifle is very positive. It is a very powerful gun. Almost a .22 rimfire gun. As I see empty ammo shelves everywhere I go, I am enjoying picking up low cost pellets. I don't plan on using as a defense gun, but as for practise and small game hunting, Yes.

Overall I recommend this gun.

This is a very nice pellet gun I have and top of the line Barrel brake gun but this has to be the best. I have had it for only 2 week and only put 200 shots through it and I am groping them in a 1 in circle at about 40 yards. If you want to get a powerful airgun for hunting get this.

I love this rifle its very powerful, it shot a clean hole through one inch solid wood, more than enough to put down jack rabbits, cotton tale, or squrriels, when i shot a squrriel about 30 yards away it did a clean penetratiom from one side of ribs and out the other. I think with all that money you spend on this gun they should have provided a better scope. but planning on moving to .357 next. and for around the house crosman 2250XT is the pistol to go.
