Incredible Airgun! Open sight accuracy is amazing. Consistency and longevity of nitro piston is impressive. Crosman knows what they are doing. I even got one that has some character in the wood grain stock!

Was presently surprised like other reviewers. I have no issues with the trigger and gun is as accurate as I can shoot with the open sights. Hitting inside a 3" circle at 40 yards all day long and gun hasn't even shot the 100 rounds recommended to break in. Very fun gun!

The gun shoots great! It did need a barrel cleaning, otherwise it was good to go. The cocking was much easier than I expected. Accuracy is great; nice tight groups and not even broke in yet. Hits hard. So far it loves Crosman Hollow Points, Domes and H&N Spikes, but all my guns love the spike. Kick reminded me of my 20 ga shotgun from when I was a teenager. Does not have the double kick that a springer has. Next I may put on a scope. I like the fiber optic sights, and don't mind they are plastic. Even though I need reading glasses, I can still line up the shot. I can't do that with regular iron sights. If I am standing in the woods and it drizzles, I would rather be in the woods with this gun than my 80's Barrnett Spitfire, with blued steel barrel...

Mine is the plastic stock version. I gave it to my brother in law that I hunt with. He received it in the mail after I had left for home we live 1600 miles away. He shot it got terrible accuracy. I sent him a bunch a different pellets to try. No real winner. 1-1/2” groups at 20 yards. The next year I shot it soon as I arrived. What’s horrible nasty Grundy trigger. Anyway I worked the trigger over added things removed things this can be found on YouTube easily. And now with Crosman 14.3 domed pellets it shoots the same hole at 20 yards and 660 FPS. I shot a squirrel in the eye at 30 yards we put a 3x9x40 scope on it we had laying around. Overall for the $80 I paid for it on sale it’s a solid gun after the trigger job accuracy is great.
