2100c rifleI got one of these when I was 10 (46 almost 47 now). This has been the best airgun I have ever owned. Great for small game hunting, pest control, target shooting. I had to replace the piston assembly about 5 years ago (normal wear and tear for it's age). This is one of two gifts I ever received from my dad before he passed away, I plan on making this product last as long as I can. I cleaned the rifle yesterday and got a bunch of crud out (don't have an actual cleaning kit for it and had to improvise). It shoots just as good as the day I got it back in 1985.

A LegendAs an 11 year old at the time, I saved up all my money for months and still remember the day my mom took me to K-Mart to buy my 2100! Now, at age 42.....I still have it, still use it, and still has the power and accuracy it did back then. Scoped or un-scoped...pellets or BBs... Targets, Plinking, Cans, Jugs, and crushes most vermin effortlessly (especially with a pointed .177)

First 2100I just bought my first 2100 from Wal-Mart, and I have to say, I really like it. Got it sighted in with a cheapy Bushnell 4x32 scope and it is dead on. Puts out decent fps/fpe (603.7fps/6.4 fpe with 7.9gr Benji HP---460.7fps/4.86fpe with 10.3gr Skenco UltraShock), so perfect for a backyard pester, but not the 800fps as claimed---I will try Predator GTO alloys next. I was lucky enough to catch it on a clearance price---and I have been looking for another one at clearance. I wish the stock and pump handle were of better material and not hollow. So far, this is my only qualm. I think it capable of 40yds with no issues. Will have to see.
