Crosman offers both hand-capable and automated soldering purposes. An automated six-station solder carousel can apply a solder bead of up to 23 inches long that is cure and cool to the touch, in less than 60 seconds. Hand-solder operations are made with specialized fixturing.
Crosman laser marking equipment is capable of imparting detailed and precise images on most substrates including wood, metal and plastic. Crosman’s skilled technicians take the time to do it right. Crosman offers these services at very competitive rates as well as performing these services on a “quick turnaround” basis.
Black oxide is a multi-tank system that uses a heated process, which can make a vast array of parts in various sizes and quantities
Our paint line consists of an electrical static paint system, designed to use black enamel paint formulated for Crosman by Sherwin Williams Corporation.
An etching process is also used, where the surfaces of parts are etched with an iron phosphate pre-wash and rinsed for better adhesion of the paint. Heat of 350*F is then added to the finished surface for 20 minutes, to decrease curing time.
