CONSUMER WARRANTY REPAIR POLICY SUMMARYCROSMAN / SIGNATURE SERIES AIRGUNS / GAME FACE MARKERSLimited One Year Warranty Product is warranted to the retail consumer for one year from date of retail purchase against defects in material and workmanship and is transferable. If no receipt, the product is warranted for one year from date of manufacture. Note: Warranty is void if gun is disassembled or modified.What Is Covered: Replacement parts and labor. Transportation charges to consumer for repaired product. What Is Not Covered: Transportation charges to Crosman/Game Face or an Authorized Service Station. Damages caused by abuse or failure to perform normal maintenance. Any other expense. SOFT AIR / Limited 30 Day Warranty Product is warranted to the retail consumer for 30 days from date of retail purchase against defects in material and workmanship and is transferable. Note: Warranty is void if gun is disassembled or modified.What Is Covered: Replacement parts and labor. Transportation charges to consumer for repaired product. What Is Not Covered: Transportation charges to Crosman for product. Damages caused by abuse, modification or failure to perform normal maintenance. Any other expense. Exception: Model # S1008KT carries a Limited One Year Warranty. REMANUFACTURED PRODUCTS / Limited 30 Day Warranty Product is warranted to the retail consumer for 30 days from date of retail purchase against defects in material and workmanship and is transferable. Note: Warranty is void if gun is disassembled or modified.** A Sticker is put on outside of box and on owner's manual indicating the gun is remanufactured and has a 30 day warranty. The gun is also marked with an R near the serial number, which identifies it as a remanufacture product. What Is Covered: Replacement parts and labor. Transportation charges to consumer for repaired product. What Is Not Covered: Transportation charges to Crosman/Game Face or Authorized Service Station.
