Stealth Shot Nitro Piston (.177) is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent shooter, happy for the most part I have been shooting this air rifle for about six weeks. I purchased the .177 caliber for non-native bird species pest control and have been using the Crosman pointed 7.4 grain pellets. Sadly, out of the box the open sights are garbage, the rear sight "floats" side to side and isn't secured well so windage is literally different every shot. I was very disappointed as I was really wanting to use open sights as most of my shots are under 50 yards due to the density of the trees in the area I shot. With that said once I mounted the scope things changed and the rifle is decently accurate. I have ranged all the trees from my back porch and the longest shot I have taken this season at 78 yards yielded a dead Brewers Black Bird, a shot that was not possible with my ten pump chump air rifle. The rifle is well constructed, has a nice weight to it and is fairly quiet but will still grab attention when firing. I will end with this, there are a whole bunch of Brewers Black Birds, Starlings and Eurasion Collared Dove that wish I hadn't upgraded to this air rifle.
