Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazingly accurate! I wanted to try a heavier pellet in my 880 and chose these for my first round of testing. The search was over on my first tin! They were shooting so great with open sights that I decided to try them with a scope. Shooting from a seated position at ten yards, two groups of five shots were both 1/4". From twenty yards my crosshairs were completely covering my half inch bullseye and I was still able to get six under 1" and stopped testing as there wasn't a good reason to keep going, a few were stacking. I didn't weight or size them but they all seem to be very uniform in appearance and I'm three quarters of the way through this tin and I haven't had to discard any deformed pellets. I'll being getting more of these.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Terrific hunting pellets. I am very satisfied with the piranhas and they are highly accurate and a great hunting round so far I've taken out multiple doves and squirrels shooting them out of my Daisy 880 the only problem I have experience with these pellets is that they're a little too hard of a lead pellet and I don't have the money to get a 177 caliber pellet gun that shoots them fast enough to make them really shine but besides that they're an awesome pellet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Pellets! I purchased a new Air Rifle for the first time the other day as a treat to myself and I didn't know at first which type of .177 pellets I should start off with. I looked at different brands, types, etc, and for some reason this Crosman Piranha one really stood out so I purchased them. I went home and tried them out and I was pretty amazed at how accurate they shot and how deep it penetrated the targets. I think it's safe to say that this is now my go-to brand and type of pellets I'll use for my new air rifle for many years to come. Thanks Crosman!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good pellets I bought this pellets a few weeks back..I been using them on a Game big cat whisper and so far they been great..I wanted a heavier pellet with out breaking the bank and I found this ones at Wally world..Great price 6.99 for 400 you can't beat that..I was using the hollow points before great pellet also..the only complaint is that the pellet fit a little to snug in the rifle..I don't know if this might damage the barrel but I guess the big cat has no problem spitting them out..so far so good.. Thank you

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Overall Pellet I have been slowly working my way through other pellet brands and styles, and so far, the C-Piranhas are the best and go to pellets. Not sure how much the 'piranha' tip contributes to their accuracy, velocity, or foot pounds of energy, yet they have proven to be the most accurate out of my RWS 48. Pros: accuracy and consistency, price, screw top for better 'spill' protection, readily available at many locations Cons: tend to vary in diameter (based on chambering differences among the pellets)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very dissatisfied! I bought these pellets thinking they would be a great buy. Only to find out that they are nothing like the normal 7.9 gr hollow points that I came to love from Crosman. These pellets Do Not Expand as much at all compared to the normal hollow points. They are wildly inaccurate compared to the ultra magnums and even the 7.9 gr hollow points. They also have a hard time fitting in my pellet gun. Which I'm sure is due to the pellet having an extra ring around it's head. Since not all the pellets have a hard time fitting I believe this is due to poor quality control. So for now I guess I'll have to stick to the ultra magnum at 10.5 gr for a heavy pellet. Since that pellet and the 7.9 gr hollow point work wonderfully. Furthermore I hope Crosman can fix these pellets because a heavy hollow point is exactly what I'm looking for. Not only to keep the noise down, but to hit hard and expand reliably. Which is exactly what I've come to expect of the 7.9 gr hollow point which I'll buy time and time again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from .177 pellets don’t fit in my .177 rifle These .177 caliber pellets don’t fit in my .177 air rifle all my other crosman .177 pellets fit but not the piranhas

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Close Grouping I bought these because I bought a used break barrel and was having a hard time with the lighter pointed pellets, they were all over the place. After sighting the scope in with the heavy piranhas I got less than an inch grouping at 30 yards on a rest, and about an inch standing, great! The only problem is about 1/2 of the 100 I've shot had to be forced into the barrel, very tight fit, but otherwise tight grouping and good penetration.
