.22 Red Flight Penetrator 16.7gr Lead Free Pellets (100ct) is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 6.Rated 5 out of 5 by Johnny Austin from THE BEST for hunting squirrel I have tried all the "hunting" pellets made by just about every manufacturer out there and most of them are too light and fast to drop a fat squirrel unless you get a head shot. I accidentally ran out of hunting pellets and had to use these target rounds and discovered that the weight of these pellets makes them the PERFECT squirrel round. You can literally knock them out of the tree and it packs a lethal punch in most critical body shots. by far, my favorite round for everything now. Two thumbs up. I use them with the custom 2400 Pistol with stock and long barrel regular Co2. which is an EXCELLENT gun by the way.Date published: 2017-06-23Rated 3 out of 5 by RebIii from Extremely accurate a few shots at a time. I bought these after seeing a wide range of reviews on Amazon to see how they work in my RWS model 34. They’re very accurate for the first 10 shots or so - then they tend to drift. It seems some pieces of plastic do stay in the barrel. Over time, it gets worse. After 15 shots I started to smell burned plastic (assuming friction from the pellet heats the barrel). I cleaned the barrel (lots of plastic char after 30 shots) and let it sit for a while. Again, first 10 shots were dead accurate followed by the other issues. So, I’d say these are great for hunting, but not so good for plinking.Date published: 2018-09-04Rated 5 out of 5 by Squirrelman from Whisper Fusion Mach 1 Loves These! After trying all sorts of "fancy" JSB and H&N pellets, I had to accept the fact that my Gamo Whisper Fusion Mach 1 does best with these. They are super accurate, and my squirrels (that used to run around the yard with multiple .177 pellets in them) drop dead instantly when hit with these.Date published: 2017-09-28Rated 5 out of 5 by Alex94772s from Superb penetration and ballistic characteristics. Superb penetration and ballistic characteristics. These pellets are the best of its kind. It is the best penetration and ballistics.Date published: 2018-06-06Rated 5 out of 5 by Stormin Norman from Accurate, but loose I purchased these pellets to try in my Benjamin Trail NP2. I find that they do fly fairly accurate, a 10 shot group within the size of a quarter at 30 yards with only one flyer. They also hit hard, they penetrated an old 1lb propane tank at 25 yards. My only complaint that I would have other than cost, is that every one that I fired simply dropped into the barrel, and probably would have gone all the way through the barrel if it were not for the slight lip in the red plastic skirt and the condition of the barrel seal. If I had the rifle pointing upward when I went to close the barrel, the pellet would just drop out, I had to keep the riffle pointing down towards the ground when closing. I gave quality, and ease of use only 4 stars because of how loose they are in the barrel. My overall rating would be 4 1/2 stars.Date published: 2018-12-01Rated 1 out of 5 by Jase047 from Terrible Was given these by my local gun store to try and to give feedback. Needless to say I'll be returning them. The for is atrocious. However when I did find one that didn't fall back out it would shoot quite accurate.Date published: 2018-07-05
