Rated 5 out of 5 by from Benjamin Maximus .22 PCP Air Rifle This is a great and very accurate rifle. I have shot groups of 10 rounds from 10 yards out to 50 yards keep with-in a quarter round group with 1 or 2 fliers from my not so great gun rest. Very easy to recharge using a hand pump designed for PCP Rifles. purchased my hand pump off ebay for $41 works flawlessly. Once you get the taste of PCP Rifles there is no turning back. Its great for all ages young & old farts like myself. I still shoot my other Air-Guns just to name a few i own & yes all made by Crossman as i have been shooting Crossman since i was 11 years old now in my 50s & still love them. (Crossman Prowler .177 , Crossman Trail NP .22 , QB78 .22 ect)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tremendous value I have had the Maximus .22 for several months. I have a shooting range in basement that I use daily. Shoot 50 to 100 rounds per day. This rifle will shoot 3/4" groups, with many 10 shot groups using the same hole. Put on a UTG 4x9 scope and TKO muzzle break. I have taken to indoor rifle range and always draws attention to the look and performance. This is my first PCP rifle and I am hooked. Have been using a pump, but just purchased a Benjamin tank that will be trying out this week. If you are thinking about PCP air rifle, you will be amazed at the accuracy and fun shooting this rifle.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dissatisfied Bout theough Walmart and gun was in packab Get with loose pellets causing scuffs and scratches all over gun. Bolt is horrible, very hard to cock. Hard to load pellet because bolt tip is too close to back of barrel entry. Gun is too long. I bought muzzel brake from TKO, works great but it's just too long and unweildy. Would be better if Crossman would make one with muzzel break on end of barrel already. I think the gun has a solid air tank system and great guage and relatively easy to fill. I would advise anyone not to order from Walmart, apparently someone in their shipping doesn't like guns because my story of a damaged gun coming from Walmart isn't an isolated incident.
