Gladiator Whisper 405 is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from POWER! I sighted in at 20 yds using top reticle in scope. This thing has so much power the same reticle is also dead on at 30 yds. I continued to sight it in out to 50 yds with precise accuracy. I have no reservations taking a 50 yd shot at a deer, provided it is a clear shot. I'm convinced it would do fine at even further ranges but my head won't allow me to go there yet. I like the "AR-15 style" adjustable stock very much. The trigger pull is light and smooth. Not much slop like other crossbows I've used. So far I'm very pleased and am anxious to harvest a deer using the Gladiator!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Faulty equipment I purchased this bow last week. At first, I was extremely pleased with this bow. The bow has a superior appearance. I still think this crossbow is one of the best looking on the market. However, I was drawing the crossbow earlier today with the rope cocking device when the bottom right limb began to splinter into pieces. I didn’t know what was happening, and continued to draw the bow. The bow is currently cocked, at full draw, with a splintered-in-half bottom right limb. I left it on my back porch because I was worried it would hurt myself or one of my family members. I am currently trying to see if Crosman will work with me under warranty. I’ve read a couple other reviews online now, all saying they had the same experience. Im extremely disappointed. However, I am glad that it happened while I was target practicing and not while I was hunting.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wow!! Picked this up a few days ago and finally got to shoot it. Crazy fast for a bow in this price range. I was just looking for something with narrower limbs but the speed is an added bonus. Assembly was not to difficult. Stock is nice and the scope is decent. The only thing I did notice is it is a bit heavy in the front so I does not balance as well as my 10 yr old titan tl9 ( for of hand shooting). A crank cocking device would be great to have for this guy. All of the add ons it comes with was also a huge selling point. All in all, a very nice package.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect with a few modifications I received this crossbow, upgraded the scope to a Hawke Optics scope, installed an HHA Optimizer system on it, and upgraded the bolts. It worked perfectly in harvesting a Kansas whitetail 238 pounds 9 point buck the first morning I took it to the woods. The crossbow is much lighter than my larger name brand crossbow, shoots much quieter, and having the adjustable stock makes this the perfect crossbow for me and my spouse to use. I couldn't be happier with the crossbow and the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Customer service I purchased month ago only to find out from Crosman that there was a trigger issue. They sent out prepaid label and within one week I had a NEW bow back.I have had a very expensive Scorpyd with terrible issues with service and honoring warranty. If they do this for a trigger issue I have to say Crosman far exceeds the competition.5star company.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible quality control I received my crossbow in the mail today! So excited to get it put together and sited in. read the manual first because I didn't want to have any issues putting it together. Put on the limbs. Started to put on the foot stirrup. There were no holes in the aluminum block for the stirrup to go in. The holes for the set screws were there, but no holes were machined for the stirrup itself. Nothing. Just solid metal! Tried calling customer service at 4:12 EST. they close at 4:30. Guess what. Phone message stated they were closed & to call back during normal business hours!!! So I decided I would check out the scope. Guess what. No battery was in the package. Decided to check battery compartment. It was cross threaded and the rubber gasket was pinched in the threads. Finally got the cover off using two pairs of pliers and a quarter. No battery in there either!!! So now siting this thing in today!! Wonder how long it will be to get these problems fixed?!?!?!
