Multi-Pump, Multi-Shot Bolt Action BB & Pellet Rifle
This all-new, tactical, variable pump, BB/pellet rifle features new valve technology combining lower pumping force with higher velocities. Features include a full tactical rail on top with adjustable sights and side rails for accessories. The MK-177 is fed by a 5 shot pellet clip or choose the internal 300 + BB magazine, conveniently located on the side. The newly designed bolt handle is larger and located on left side for ease of use. Store ammo in the handy space beneath the rubber shoulder friction pad. Assembled in the USA.

It seems about like a 760 Pumpmaster, only much more tactical, and easier to handle. This one has Picatinny-style rails all over it. If you have fired the 760, you'll love this one. Imagine a 760 with a pistol grip? The Firepow'r pellet clips go so well with this design. You can only go so fast with time between shots because this is a multi-pump, but the clips make a big difference. I think Crosman should better advertise the pellet clip storage in the buttstock. With all clips full, you can send 25 pellets downrange, quickly. If you're using this rifle to teach the young one to shoot, you can load one clip while the kiddo shoots them off. Not terribly powerful, but still pretty zippy. In my 25-yard backyard, I've swept all the tomato-thieving squirrels and chipmunks out, quickly and cleanly. You have the option to use BBs with this gun, but why? The rifled barrel is very accurate for a sub-$100 rifle. Teach the kid to shoot, then you still have a fun little target shooter when he outgrows it. I'd buy it again.Date published: 2017-08-08
