For more than four decades, the Crosman 760 Pumpmaster® .177 Variable Pump Air Rifle has been a trusted starting point for youth and beginning shooters. This ready-to-shoot kit builds on that legacy by including essential accessories that make it easy to start shooting right out of the box.
The rifle features a variable pump pneumatic system that allows shooters to control velocity from 350 to 700 feet per second, depending on the number of pumps. This adjustability makes it ideal for learning fundamentals at lower power levels while still offering enough performance for backyard plinking and light pest control. The 760 Pumpmaster shoots both 4.5mm steel BBs and .177 caliber pellets, adding versatility for different shooting preferences.
A smooth bore steel barrel provides consistent performance, while the elevation-adjustable rear sight and blade front sight help new shooters learn proper sight alignment. The included 4×15 scope adds confidence and accuracy as skills improve. A crossbolt safety reinforces responsible handling, making this rifle especially well suited for younger shooters.

Easy and fun to use

I have been a owner of 760 Pumpmaster’s for nearly 3 decades and recently AirCrosman has re-modeled the 760 and as far as form and function the product is still a sound pellet rifle, the only problem that has been brought to my attention with the new line on this product, is the fact that the receiver has been changed and now does not operate with the 5-round pellet magazine of the previous models of 760 pumpmaster on the market today. I believe that the accuracy and the amount of velocity are in fact nearly the same as the previous model’s only the receiver has been has been angled without the magazine slot and this in true fashion makes the model less functional for faster reloading of the .177 Pellets. I would like to see AirCrosman to take a look at their Product line and re-establish the use of the magazine in the future.

this is a good gun for hunting and for target shoting but the stock broke off for me but over all it’s a good gun for a 12 year old.
